Requirements
Must to have:
Project Management experience with at least 5 or more SAP AMS projects.
8+ years minimum experience with ERP SAP.
Team Management experience managing teams with 60+ team members.
Strong knowledge in ITIL framework.
Strong knowledge in CMMI framework.
Strong knowledge in AMS and Activate methodology.
Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA concepts, including Clean Core governance, extensibility tiers, and cloud ready architectures.
Ability to enforce development standards aligned with SAP BTP, RAP/CAP, in app extensibility, and side by side extensibility.
Understanding of GenAI enablement in SAP environments (SAP Joule, BTP GenAI Hub, AI driven automation).
Risk Management skills, with ability to identify risks and create mitigation and contingency plans.
Resource Management experience: tracking resource performance, providing feedback, resolving issues (conflict management), and managing changes.
Knowledge in Knowledge Transfer methodology.
Strong customer service orientation and focus on customer experience.
Strong sense of urgency and strategic mindset.
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Process oriented and metrics driven mindset (defining KPIs, productivity indicators, SLAs, OLAs).
P&L (Profit & Loss) Management.
Knowledge in SAP Industry Solutions (CP&G, Industrial, High Tech).
Knowledge of SAP next generation solutions (BTP, Integration Suite, AI/ML capabilities, Automation Pilot, SAP Build).
Responsibilities
Manage SAP AMS projects ensuring compliance with methodologies, governance, and operational frameworks.
Lead and oversee large teams, ensuring performance management, issue resolution, and continuous improvement.
Ensure adherence to SAP S/4HANA Clean Core principles, extensibility governance, and standards across development activities.
Oversee implementation of development standards aligned with SAP BTP, RAP/CAP, in app and side by side extensibility models.
Drive risk management activities, including identification, mitigation planning, and contingency strategy development.
Guide resource management processes, including workload distribution, competency oversight, and team alignment.
Support Knowledge Transfer processes to ensure consistency and quality across teams.
Ensure customer satisfaction and promote a strong customer experience mindset.
Analyze complex issues and provide strategic, data driven solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders using strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Drive process improvement efforts using metrics, KPIs, SLAs, and OLAs to enhance performance and operational maturity.
