Legal intake & sales specialist (bilingual english/spanish)

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Legal Intake & Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, sales experience, and the ability to connect with potential clients while providing excellent customer service.

This position is focused on client intake, lead conversion, and signing new clients. You will be responsible for speaking with prospective clients, understanding their legal needs, answering questions, following up on leads, and guiding qualified clients through the signing process.

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound client calls
Conduct legal intake interviews and gather case information
Build rapport with potential clients and convert leads into signed clients
Follow up with leads and maintain communication throughout the intake process
Explain services clearly and professionally
Provide a positive client experience from the first point of contact
Work after-hours shifts to assist clients when needed

Requirements:

Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
Strong sales, customer service, or intake experience
Excellent phone communication and closing skills
Ability to work independently and meet goals
Professional, organized, and detail-oriented
Experience in a law firm, legal intake, personal injury, workers’ compensation, or related field is a plus

Schedule:
After-hours availability required. Must be flexible to assist potential clients outside of normal business hours.
