Responsabilidades
What you’ll do as Client Loyalty Specialist?

Support our telecommunications commercial account.
Provide excellent service by being a good listener and having commercial skills attracting and persuading.
Work with confidential customer information, while treating it sensitively.
Aim to resolve interactions on a first contact by being proactive, patient, and understanding.
Requisitos
Who are you?

An advanced English speaker who’s empathetic, responsible, and proactive.
An interaction expert with a commercial profile.
A good listener who likes helping others by recognizing customer needs.

Salary up to 2.900.000 (base salary $2.535.238 + bonuses)
Performance Bonuses - Up to 15%
Adherence bonus - 10%
40 hours per week - 2 days off (one of them is Sunday).
