We are seeking a Project Manager to lead execution across creative, brand, and growth initiatives. This role will be responsible for managing timelines, stakeholders, deliverables, and workflows to ensure high-quality execution in a fast-paced, international environment.

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills and experience coordinating cross-functional teams and clients.

Responsibilities

* Manage project execution across creative, brand, and growth initiatives.
* Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication.
* Lead internal and client status meetings in English.
* Organize workflows, documentation, and project tracking systems.
* Identify risks and ensure smooth project delivery.
* Support teams with execution follow-up and operational coordination.

Required Profile

* Based in Colombia.
* Full-time availability.
* English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
* 3+ years of experience in project management.
* Experience in creative agencies, marketing, branding, or digital environments.
* Strong organizational and communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Comfortable working with international clients and remote teams.

Conditions

* Compensation: COP $12,000,000 per month.
