JOIN TP AS: RASA Full Stack Developer (5+ years of experience)

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with strong experience in RASA and conversational AI to design, develop, and integrate complex customer experience solutions. In this role, you will act as a technical expert integrating Genesys platforms with GCP-based AI services, leveraging the RASA framework as a core component to build intelligent conversational flows, robust APIs, and scalable architectures that ensure seamless omnichannel experiences.

What will you do?
Full Stack Development
• Lead end-to-end development of scalable applications (frontend and backend)
• Analyze requirements and design software components
• Ensure timely delivery of development tasks and projects
• Prepare user and technical documentation
Conversational AI & CX Solutions (RASA Focus)
• Develop, train, and deploy conversational AI solutions using RASA
• Design and optimize IVR and conversational flows based on NLP/NLU models
• Continuously improve intent recognition and conversational performance
Integrations & APIs
• Design and implement RESTful APIs, microservices, and middleware
• Integrate Genesys, RASA, and internal/external systems
• Solve complex integration challenges (webhooks, OAuth, real-time data streaming)
Platform & Cloud Engineering
• Configure and extend Genesys Cloud capabilities through custom development
• Work with GCP services to build scalable AI-driven solutions
• Ensure high availability and performance of cloud-based applications
DevOps & Performance Optimization
• Define and implement CI/CD best practices
• Work with Docker, Kubernetes, and GitHub Actions
• Monitor and optimize performance (low latency, high scalability)
Leadership & Best Practices
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers
• Promote best practices in development and DevOps culture
• Ensure high-quality, maintainable code

What are we looking for?
• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Telecommunications, or related fields
• Minimum 5 years of software development experience
• At least 2 years of experience working with GCP and integrations
• Proven hands-on experience working specifically with RASA (mandatory)
• Experience integrating Genesys Cloud solutions

Key Skills
• Programming languages: Node.js, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript
• Frontend frameworks: React or Angular
• APIs: REST, GraphQL, WebSockets
• Databases: SQL and NoSQL
• Cloud: Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions
• Genesys Cloud integrations and development
• English level: B1+

Nice to have
• Experience with advanced conversational AI and CX solutions
• Strong experience in microservices architecture
• Exposure to high-traffic, scalable environments
