Some of your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Actively monitor and track assigned shipments throughout all transportation stages (in transit, on site, loading, unloading, and delivery).
- Confirm and update ETAs, locations, check-in and check-out times in the corresponding systems in a timely manner.
- Maintain constant communication with drivers and carriers, using calls, messages, and emails according to established protocols.
- Accurately document all interactions and shipment updates in internal platforms and/or the client’s TMS.
- Identify, report, and escalate operational issues (delays, lack of response, route deviations, temperature issues, or missing documentation) following the defined escalation flow.
- Verify key shipment documentation such as BOL (Bill of Lading) and POD (Proof of Delivery) and validate temperature data for refrigerated shipments when applicable.
- Ensure appointment and schedule compliance, proactively flagging any risks that may impact service levels.
- Collaborate closely with the Team Leader, Shift Supervisors, and Operations Manager, providing visibility on critical or high-risk cases.
- Meet established performance KPIs, including transaction volume, update quality, and response times.
- Maintain high standards of accuracy, urgency, and customer service, aligned with both client requirements and company expectations.

Minimum requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent hands-on experience (nice to have)
- At least 6 months of experience in Track & Trace operations
- Sharp attention to detail and a strong ownership mindset
- Ability to move fast, prioritize effectively, and operate with urgency
- Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic, and inclusive startup environment
- Self-starter who can work independently while collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional teams
- Intermediate–Advanced English proficiency (B1–Advanced)
