    Some of your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
    - Actively monitor and track assigned shipments throughout all transportation stages (in transit, on site, loading, unloading, and delivery).

    - Confirm and update ETAs, locations, check-in and check-out times in the corresponding systems in a timely manner.

    - Maintain constant communication with drivers and carriers, using calls, messages, and emails according to established protocols.

    - Accurately document all interactions and shipment updates in internal platforms and/or the client’s TMS.

    - Identify, report, and escalate operational issues (delays, lack of response, route deviations, temperature issues, or missing documentation) following the defined escalation flow.

    - Verify key shipment documentation such as BOL (Bill of Lading) and POD (Proof of Delivery) and validate temperature data for refrigerated shipments when applicable.

  • During Saturday and Sunday shifts, The Logistic Coordinator is responsible for ensuring proactive, accurate, and timely tracking of assigned shipments, maintaining clear communication with drivers, carriers, customers, and internal teams, while complying with company and client operational standards.
    Durante los turnos de sábado y domingo, el/la Coordinador(a) Logístico(a) es responsable de garantizar el seguimiento proactivo, preciso y oportuno de los envíos asignados, manteniendo una comunicación clara y constante con conductores, transportistas, clientes y equipos internos, y asegurando el cumplimiento de los estándares operativos de la empresa y del cliente.
