As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading, coaching, and developing the next generation of program leaders. This role offers the autonomy to drive results while working within a strong framework of systems and governance.
Main Responsibilities (Summary)
Oversee overall program performance and ensure strong results aligned with sales targets and client success metrics.
Lead client relationship management, optimize go-to-market approaches, align expectations, and identify opportunities to expand program scope.
Deliver timely reporting on program outcomes and highlight opportunities for improvement and growth.
Identify challenges proactively and redirect strategy to exceed client expectations.
Collaborate closely with the team to plan, communicate, and execute key deliverables.

Strong analytical capabilities and experience preparing advanced reports.
Previous experience as a business analyst is highly preferred.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, self-directed environment.
