Requirements
Must to have:
Senior-level experience as SAP CPI Consultant supporting SAP S/4HANA Grow (Public Cloud) environments.
Strong hands-on expertise managing and troubleshooting productive CPI landscapes with 80+ active interfaces.
Proven ability to handle cloud-to-cloud integrations, including connectivity with Oracle OTM, WMS, and extensions developed in SAP BTP.
Deep troubleshooting capabilities and strong autonomy to take full technical ownership of integrations during post-hypercare and AMS transition.
Experience in S/4HANA Cloud architecture and SAP BTP components.
Ability to analyze, resolve, and stabilize complex integration incidents.
Experience conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
Ability to optimize integration performance and error-handling mechanisms.
Experience coordinating with functional teams and technical stakeholders in productive environments.
Ability to support change requests related to integration enhancements and adjustments.
Strong documentation skills for integration flows, findings, and improvement actions.
Experience participating in transitions from hypercare to steady-state AMS.
Only senior profiles will be considered; no junior or learning-curve profiles.

Responsibilities
Provide L2/L3 AMS support for SAP CPI integrations in a productive S/4HANA Public Cloud environment.
Perform proactive monitoring and stabilization of 80+ CPI interfaces.
Analyze and resolve complex integration incidents across cloud-to-cloud scenarios.
Conduct root cause analysis and apply corrective and preventive actions.
Optimize integration performance and refine error-handling processes.
Coordinate with functional teams, technical stakeholders, and cross-platform teams.
Support change requests and enhancements related to integrations.
Participate in activities related to the transition from hypercare to steady-state AMS.
Document integration flows, technical findings, procedural steps, and improvement actions.
