Requirements
Must to have:
Senior-level expertise in SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM).
Extensive experience designing, implementing, and optimizing SAP TM solutions.
Deep knowledge of transportation, logistics, and supply chain processes.
Strong configuration experience in SAP TM functionalities, including planning optimizer, charge management, and freight order management.
Proven ability to conduct workshops and gather transportation and logistics requirements.
Experience ensuring seamless integration between SAP TM and SAP ERP modules (SD, MM, LE, EWM).
Experience developing and supporting interfaces with external systems such as carriers, warehouse systems, and 3PLs.
Strong capability to analyze transportation processes and recommend optimization strategies.
Experience acting as a senior advisor and providing leadership in SAP TM projects during blueprint, realization, and go live phases.
Experience defining test scenarios, leading integration testing, and supporting UAT.
Strong problem solving skills to provide Level 3 support for complex transportation issues.
Ability to resolve system errors, performance issues, and integration challenges.
Strong documentation skills, including preparation of functional specifications, configuration documents, and user manuals.
Experience delivering end-user and key stakeholder training.
Knowledge of new SAP TM functionalities, including embedded TM in S/4HANA.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and business teams.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and process improvement skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple responsibilities.
Ability to lead and guide junior consultants within project teams.
5+ years of experience in SAP TM solution design and development.

Responsibilities
Lead workshops to gather transportation and logistics requirements.
Design and implement end-to-end SAP TM solutions covering planning, execution, and freight settlement.
Configure SAP TM functionalities, ensuring alignment with business needs.
Ensure seamless integration with SAP ERP modules (SD, MM, LE, EWM).
Develop and support interfaces with external systems such as carriers, warehouse systems, and 3PLs.
Analyze current transportation processes and propose optimization and automation improvements.
Act as a senior advisor, guiding junior consultants and providing technical and functional leadership.
Lead blueprint, realization, testing, and go-live activities within SAP TM projects.
Define test scenarios, conduct integration testing, and support UAT.
Validate system performance and ensure adherence to business requirements.
Provide Level 3 support for complex transportation and system issues.
Troubleshoot errors, performance bottlenecks, and integration problems.
Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, and user training materials.
Deliver training sessions to end-users and key stakeholders.
Explore new SAP TM functionalities and recommend enhancements for better visibility, tracking, and reporting.
Ensure adherence to data governance, data quality, integration standards, and best practices.
Ensure compliance with security and data privacy standards.
