PURPOSE:

-Contributes to the overall success of the Global Fraud team in Globally ensuring specific individual goals, plans, initiatives are executed / delivered in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives.
-Ensures all activities conducted are in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

-Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.
-Lead and prepare documentation including regular team meetings, status updates, progress reports, workback schedules from initiation to completion
-Work as a liaison between all project stakeholders to assist in resolving issues related to project activities
-Create multi-faceted releases, maintain complex schedules for deployment via Jira Confluence & Azure.
-Manage and Conduct Backlog Grooming, Sprint Planning, Sprint Retrospective and Sprint Review.
-Clarify and prioritize project requirements, conduct brainstorming sessions with the key stakeholders and SMEs to ensure a seamless microservices deployments
-Successfully close and hand over projects to operations department

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

-Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle
-Strong understanding of Project Management Methodologies (Waterfall & Agile Both) (3 years of experience)
-Strong knowledge of various architectures, specifically Microservices on public/private cloud (nice to have)
-Basic Knowledge of Fraud Prevention initiatives (nice to have)
-Advanced English B2+
