We are seeking a Senior Accountant with experience managing accounting operations for U.S.-based companies, preferably from accounting firms that serve multiple U.S. clients.



This role is responsible for ensuring accurate financial management, transaction recording, and financial reporting under US GAAP, providing reliable financial information to support business decision-making for U.S. operations.



Key Responsibilities
Manage accounting operations for U.S.-based companies.
Perform bank and account reconciliations.
Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
Prepare and review financial reports.
Assist with financial analysis and variance reviews.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.


Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
Experience managing accounting for U.S.-based companies.
Strong knowledge of US GAAP.
Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online.
Experience with account reconciliations and financial closings.
Advanced Excel skills.
Upper-intermediate English proficiency (B1+ / B2).



Important

Preference will be given to candidates with direct experience supporting actual U.S. business operations, rather than subsidiaries or international company branches.
