Strong expertise in Agile and traditional methodologies, project scope definition, risk management, timeline control and stakeholder alignment.
Adept at managing executive communication, client relationships, strategic planning and preparing high level reports and presentations.
Experienced in conducting on-site client meetings, workshops and negotiations, including international travel, while maintaining quality standards in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities
Lead and oversee large-scale projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client requirements.
Manage cross-functional and international teams distributed across countries and time zones.
Apply Agile methodologies to enhance efficiency, adaptability and continuous improvement.
Define project scope, objectives, deliverables and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
Track project progress, budgets and risks, implementing corrective actions as needed.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives.
Coordinate with clients, including traveling for on-site meetings, workshops and negotiations.
Prepare and deliver executive reports and presentations for senior management.
Ensure quality standards and adherence to best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
