Senior software integration and support engineer - english b2+, linux and oracle sql

Sutherland is looking for an experienced Integration Engineer to join our team and support the deployment of NICE’s Sales Performance Management (SPM) solutions. This client-facing role combines technical expertise, problem-solving, and collaboration to deliver real business impact.

What you’ll do:

- Implement and integrate NICE’s SPM suite with enterprise systems (ETL, APIs, SQL, scripting).
- Configure workflows, reports, and data models (incl. MicroStrategy).
- Troubleshoot and resolve client issues, ensuring smooth system performance.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to design tailored solutions.

What we’re looking for:

- 5+ years in customer-facing technical roles (Software Support and Integration)
- Strong Linux, shell scripting, SQL/PL-SQL, and integration experience.
- Hands-on with AWS/cloud, REST APIs, and RDBMS (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
- Familiarity with BI (MicroStrategy, Power BI, Tableau) and ETL tools (Informatica, Talend, AWS Glue).
- Advanced English (B2+), great communication skills, and willingness to travel up to 10%.
