This role focuses on designing, deploying, and managing customer-facing infrastructure, applications, and cloud services, with a strong emphasis on monitoring, incident resolution, and operational documentation. It is an early-career / junior-level position suitable for someone beginning their path in infrastructure or cloud operations.

Key Responsibilities

Design, deploy, and configure infrastructure, applications, and customer-focused services.
Manage cloud environments that meet enterprise grade SLA requirements.
Respond to customer escalations, resolve issues, and prevent recurrence by creating processes, procedures, and automation.
Troubleshoot critical production issues, occasionally outside standard business hours.
Build and implement scalable monitoring systems for rapidly expanding global infrastructure.
Develop and maintain production documentation.

Autonomy & Supervision

Receives general instructions for routine tasks.
Gets detailed guidance from senior team members for new or unfamiliar activities.
Work is reviewed frequently to ensure accuracy and quality.

Communication & Influence

Builds stable working relationships internally.
Communicates regularly with senior members for guidance and feedback.
Interacts mainly with supervisors, project leads, mentors, and peers within the discipline.
Explains facts, policies, and practices related to the field.
