We are looking for a Talent Acquisition & Hiring Coordinator, to join a growing company providing talent acquisition, Employer of Record (EOR), BPO and administrative solutions to international companies, primarily in the United States.
This role will lead end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes, ensuring the attraction of highly qualified talent while providing an excellent experience to both candidates and partner companies.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead full-cycle recruitment and selection processes, from sourcing to hiring and onboarding.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, job boards, referrals, universities, networking and other channels.
• Build and maintain an active talent pipeline for current and future positions.
• Conduct initial and competency-based interviews, assessing experience, communication skills, English proficiency, technical competencies and cultural fit.
• Prepare candidate profiles and recommendations for hiring managers and partner companies.
• Work closely with Business Development and partner companies to understand hiring needs and provide effective talent solutions.
• Coordinate onboarding and follow-up with new employees during their first months.
• Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
• Track recruitment KPIs, including Time to Hire, Time to Fill, Source of Hire and Conversion Rate.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience leading full-cycle recruitment and selection processes.
• Experience managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Experience conducting competency-based interviews and candidate assessments.
• Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Knowledge of employment and hiring processes in Colombia.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• English level B2 or higher.
• Experience in BPO, Staffing, Outsourcing, Employer of Record (EOR) or international companies is a strong plus.
• Knowledge of AI tools applied to recruitment and process automation is a plus.
