Responsabilidades
What you’ll do as a Technical support Associate?

-Collaborate with different companies from Latin America
-Provide excellent Technical Support
-Work with confidential information, while treating it sensitevely
-Aim to resolve issues on the first interaction by being proactive, patient, and understanding.

Requisitos
Who are you?

-An English speaker (B2) level 80% and Portuguese (C1) level 90%, who’s empathetic, responsible, and proactive.
-A good listener who likes helping others to resolve issues on the first interaction.
-Minimum 2 years of experience as a customer service, IT, Web Tech Support and PIXEL and API.
