As a Product Owner at BairesDev, you will play a crucial role in bridging business strategy and product development. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to define product vision, prioritize backlog items, and ensure delivery of high-value features that meet customer needs.

What You'll Do:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Manage and prioritize product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer requirements.
- Write and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and detailed product specifications.
- Work closely with development teams to provide clear guidance and support during product development.
- Conduct regular product backlog grooming and sprint planning sessions.
- Act as the primary point of communication between business stakeholders and development teams.
What We Are Looking For:

- 3+ years of experience in product management, product ownership, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product development processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into clear technical specifications.
- Proven track record of delivering successful product initiatives.
- Advanced level of English.
