Join as a Project Manager Lead, where you'll oversee the project management aspect of technical projects. With your deep understanding of project management principles and technical processes, you'll guide project teams, ensure the integration of technical aspects with project goals, and maintain a focus on delivering high-quality technical solutions.

What you will do

- Define and implement the overall strategy for project management, ensuring best practices in project governance and execution.
- Oversee a team of project managers, setting objectives, and conducting performance evaluations.
- Develop and maintain a project portfolio, prioritizing projects based on business value and resource availability.
- Ensure consistent application of project management methodologies across all projects.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between project teams, stakeholders, and senior management.
- Lead organizational change initiatives, driving improvements in project delivery and efficiency.

What we are looking for

- 7+ years of experience in project management for software development.
- Proficient in leading multiple projects and guiding junior project managers.
- In-depth knowledge of advanced project management methodologies and tools.
- Strong expertise in Agile methodologies.
- Strong experience in project budgeting, resource allocation, and timeline management.
- Expertise in both technical and non-technical aspects of project delivery.
- Skilled in high-level stakeholder management and communication.
- Expert in driving project delivery while ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Advanced level of English.
