"In this role, you'll own the entire outreach function: from strategy development to execution and performance optimization. You'll identify target websites, craft compelling outreach campaigns, and build genuine relationships with webmasters, journalists, and content managers. As the team grows, you'll also be responsible for building and managing outreach specialists. Success means consistently hitting monthly link acquisition targets while improving response rates and refining our outreach processes over time.

What You'll Do:

- Manage outreach operations and reporting, mentor outreach specialists, maintain organized outreach pipelines, document processes, and provide regular performance updates to leadership.
- Create and execute compelling outreach campaigns, crafting personalized, persuasive messages to journalists, website owners, and bloggers via email, contact forms, or social media that drive responses and link placements.
- Identify high-quality link opportunities by researching and qualifying authoritative blogs, websites, and publications to target through manual outreach processes.
- Analyze and optimize outreach performance by tracking success metrics such as response rates, bounce rates, and link acquisition, analyzing competitors' backlink profiles, and continuously testing new strategies to improve results.
- Identify unlinked mentions and broken link opportunities, proactively finding and capitalizing on existing brand mentions and broken link building opportunities.

What we are looking for:

- Experience in email outreach.
- Experience with off-page SEO and link building, both active and passive.
- Experience with AI/LLM SEO optimization and building brand mentions through outreach.
- US market experience, having worked extensively with US clients or audiences, or having lived/studied in the US.
- Bachelor of Science degree, with preference for STEM fields such as Marketing Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or Data Science.
- Experience with SEO tools, including Ahrefs, Semrush, Moz, and Screaming Frog.
- Experience with email outreach tools such as BuzzStream, Hunter.io, Pitchbox, and Mailshake.
- Experience with data analysis tools, including Google Sheets, Excel, and Google Analytics.
- 1+ year of management experience.
- Advanced level of English.
