We are seeking a highly experienced Staff Machine Learning Engineer to lead the design, deployment, and monitoring of ML models and pipelines. You will oversee MLOps processes, feature engineering, model serving, and performance optimization, ensuring reliable and scalable machine learning solutions for enterprise applications. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with leadership skills to mentor teams and implement ML best practices.

What You'll Do:

- Lead the design, deployment, and monitoring of machine learning models and pipelines.
- Implement MLOps processes to ensure efficient model training, deployment, and monitoring.
- Oversee feature engineering, data preprocessing, and model optimization for enterprise solutions.
- Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability of ML models and systems.
- Collaborate with data engineers, software engineers, and product teams to deliver integrated ML solutions.
- Establish best practices and standards for ML model development, deployment, and monitoring.
- Mentor and guide ML engineers, fostering knowledge sharing and technical excellence.
- Evaluate and integrate ML frameworks, tools, and technologies to enhance model performance and reliability.

What we are looking for:

- 7+ years of experience in machine learning, MLOps, model deployment, and model monitoring.
- Strong background in software architecture design.
- Strong understanding of system security.
- In-depth knowledge of memory management and performance optimization.
- Experience in designing and integrating distributed and scalable solutions, particularly in cloud environments.
- Skilled in relational and non-relational databases.
- Ability to choose between different architectures/technologies, understanding the pros and cons of each.
- Expert in managing CI/CD pipelines.
- Advanced level of English.
