We are looking for a Staffing Analyst to join our Recruiting team, and lead short- and long-term projects. We are looking for proactive, dynamic team players with strong organizational skills who can handle multiple tasks and pay close attention to detail. What You Will Do:
- Execute the staffing strategy for company openings. - Correctly obtain information related to the profile and assignment of the required openings. - Collaborate with the recruiting department to identify candidates for various openings. - Presenting candidates to various clients and leads - Collaborate with the Operations and Client Services areas to identify farming possibilities in the different accounts. - Propose improvements to the staffing and recruiting processes. Here's what we're looking for:
- Demonstrated analytical ability, extreme attention to detail, effective prioritization, and multitasking abilities - Degree in Business, Systems, HR, or a related field. - Experience in staffing or project management for at least three years is preferred. - Desirable: 1+ year of experience in IT Recruitment. - Advanced English level.

As an Android Application Developer at BairesDev, you will design and build applications for the Android platform. You'll utilize your experience to develop robust mobile solutions, optimize app performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive and engaging user experiences that meet client requirements.
What You'll Do:
- Design and build applications for the Android platform using Kotlin or Java. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. - Work with outside data sources and APIs to create seamless mobile experiences. - Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability. - Fix bugs and improve application performance to ensure the best user experience. - Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
What We Are Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience with Android development. - Experience with Android SDK and different versions of Android. - Understanding of RESTful APIs and mobile app integration. - Knowledge of programming languages such as Kotlin or Java. - Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git. - Experience with UI design principles and patterns for mobile applications. - Advanced level of English.
