We are seeking a professional to lead the company’s accounting and financial control strategy, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial reporting under US GAAP and IFRS.


This role will be responsible for maintaining accounting records in compliance with U.S. accounting standards, consolidating financial reports, leading budget planning, and ensuring tax compliance across the territories where the company operates. The position serves as a key bridge between local accounting operations and the U.S. headquarters, ensuring transparency, traceability, and consistency in financial reporting to international stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting Management & International Reporting

Oversee accounting records under US GAAP and IFRS.
Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
Consolidate financial information for corporate reporting.
Coordinate conversion and reconciliation between local GAAP and US GAAP.
Financial Planning & Performance Control

Design and manage the annual budget process.
Monitor profitability, liquidity, and operational efficiency KPIs.
Analyze variances and propose financial optimization strategies.
Tax Compliance & Audits

Ensure compliance with national and international tax regulations.
Coordinate internal and external audits.
Implement internal control policies and risk mitigation frameworks
International Stakeholder Management

Maintain ongoing communication with U.S. headquarters, banks, and auditors.
Prepare financial reports in English.
Participate in international planning and performance review meetings.
Leadership & Team Development

Lead and strengthen the accounting and finance team.
Ensure compliance with international standards and departmental objectives.


Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree required; postgraduate specialization is mandatory.
Proven experience working with US GAAP and IFRS.
Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online.
Experience leading accounting close processes and international consolidation.
Background in budgeting and financial analysis.
Advanced Excel skills.
Upper-intermediate to advanced English proficiency (B2+–C1).
Previous experience leading teams.
