Must to have:
• JDE EnterpriseOne architecture and components.
• Package build, deployment, and Object Management Workbench (OMW) administration.
• Supported databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, and DB2.
• Server operating systems like iSeries (AS/400), Windows, and Linux.
• Middleware technologies such as Oracle WebLogic or IBM WebSphere.
• Scripting languages like SQL.
• Technical infrastructure and system-level management of the JDE EnterpriseOne environment.
• Experience installing, configuring, and managing JDE E1 systems across development, testing, and production environments.
• AS400 basic knowledge / exposure preferable.
• Experience planning, testing, and applying JDE E1 Software Updates (ESUs), Application Software Updates (ASUs), and other patches.
• Experience creating and deploying full and update packages using Object Management Workbench (OMW).
• User and security administration within JDE E1 system.
• Performance monitoring and tuning for applications, servers, and databases.
• Technical support for JDE E1 applications, deployment, and performance.
• Coordination with DBAs and server/network teams for architecture and maintenance.
• Environment management and Object Configuration Mappings (OCM).
• Comprehensive system documentation.
• Managing day-to-day CNC duties, such as package builds and deployments.
• Installing and configuring EnterpriseOne tools and components, including servers and databases.
• Applying ESUs, ASUs, updates, and service pack upgrades.
• Administering system security, user profiles, and batch queues.
• Monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and managing application availability.
• 3+ years of experience in interface design and development.
Responsibilities
• Install, configure, and manage JDE E1 system and all related components across different environments.
• Plan, test, and apply JDE E1 Software Updates (ESUs), Application Software Updates (ASUs), and other patches.
• Create and deploy full and update packages to distribute system changes.
• Use Object Management Workbench (OMW) to manage and promote projects and changes.
• Set up and manage user accounts, roles, and security within the JDE E1 system.
• Proactively monitor system performance and ensure optimal speed and reliability.
• Provide technical support to end-users and other IT teams.
• Work with DBAs to manage database objects and optimize performance.
• Coordinate with server and network teams on architecture and maintenance.
• Create, manage, and refresh different JDE E1 environments.
• Ensure Object Configuration Mappings (OCM) are correctly configured.
• Maintain comprehensive system documentation.
• Understand and follow Data Governance and ensure attention to data quality.
• Understand and follow defined integration/development standards and best practices.
• Understand and ensure security and data privacy standards.
Required Languages:
• Fluent Advance English 96–100%
