Junior development engineer

YOUR MISSION :
You will design and execute innovation projects that expand our product portfolio, supporting the business strategy with new formulations and industrialization processes.
A key part of your role will be to attend and support international developments in Europe, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and bringing global opportunities to life.

WHAT YOU´LL DO
- Execute transformation projects aligned with business guidelines, ensuring quality, cost, and timing.
- Design and industrialize formulations for new product categories ????.
- Create technical sheets and product specifications.
- Analyze competitors, customer needs, and identify quick-win opportunities.
- Build strong relationships across transversal areas to ensure flawless project execution.
- Propose technical solutions to overcome challenges and achieve objectives.
- Collaborate closely with international teams, especially for projects in European markets. ??????

WHAT WE´RE LOOKING FOR?
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering (or related).
- At least 2 year of experience in food industry projects (trainee or junior roles count!).
- Strong knowledge of formulations, processes, and product development.
- Advanced English is a must!
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Passion for growth, experimentation, and sustainability.
