We are looking for a highly skilled Resident Engineer – Network Security (SASE) to join a long-term Professional Services engagement supporting a major organization in a highly regulated environment.

The selected professional will be responsible for operating, supporting, troubleshooting, and optimizing cloud-delivered security platforms while working directly with the client’s technical teams. This role requires strong hands-on experience with Palo Alto Networks technologies, the ability to work independently, and excellent communication skills in English.

Key Responsibilities:
· Support, operate, and maintain Palo Alto Networks security platforms in a production environment.
· Manage and troubleshoot Prisma Access deployments and related security services.
· Configure and support Mobile Users, Remote Networks, security policies, and traffic management.
· Work with Panorama and/or Strata Cloud Manager for centralized administration and monitoring.
· Perform incident analysis, root cause investigations, and issue resolution.
· Collaborate directly with client stakeholders and technical teams.
· Document configurations, operational procedures, and technical recommendations.
· Participate in platform optimization, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
· Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and operational best practices.

Required Qualifications:
· 2+ years of experience in Network Security.
· Hands-on experience with Palo Alto Networks technologies in customer environments.
· Experience with Prisma Access configuration, deployment, administration, and troubleshooting.
· Knowledge of Panorama and/or Strata Cloud Manager.
· Strong understanding of routing, switching, VPNs, and network connectivity.
· Experience with authentication technologies such as SAML, LDAP, RADIUS, Azure AD, or Okta.
· Understanding of Zero Trust, ZTNA, CASB, and Secure Web Gateway concepts.
· Ability to work independently and interact directly with customers.
· Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken).

Preferred Qualifications
· Experience as Resident Engineer, Professional Services Consultant, TAC Engineer, or similar customer-facing roles.
· Experience supporting government, financial, banking, or other regulated environments.
· Exposure to multi-tenant security environments.
· Experience with GlobalProtect and cloud security solutions.
· Palo Alto Networks certifications such as PCNSE, PSE-SASE, or other active PANW certifications.
