WSP is seeking two experienced Revit Modeller to join our growing Water & Wastewater team. This position will be based in Colombia and will provide dedicated support to our Vancouver, Canada office, contributing to the successful delivery of municipal infrastructure projects across Western Canada.

As a key member of our BIM delivery team, you will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and maintaining high-quality 3D models and construction documentation for water and wastewater facilities. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including process, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation engineers, supporting projects from concept development through detailed design and construction.

What You Can Expect to Do Here

· Develop and maintain BIM models and construction drawings using Autodesk Revit for water and wastewater infrastructure projects.

· Prepare detailed 3D models, plans, sections, elevations, schedules, and drawing packages for:

o Water Treatment Plants (WTP)

o Wastewater Treatment Plants (WWTP/STP)

o Pump Stations and Lift Stations

o Pressure Reducing Valve (PRV) Chambers

o Valve, Meter, and Utility Chambers

o Process Mechanical Systems and Equipment Layouts

· Coordinate BIM deliverables with civil, process, structural, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation disciplines.

· Perform model reviews, clash detection, interference analysis, and model coordination using Navisworks Manage.

· Support BIM execution planning, model management, and quality assurance processes in accordance with WSP BIM and CAD standards.

· Work with point cloud data, laser scans, and existing condition models using Autodesk ReCap.

· Assist in developing BIM content, families, templates, and project-specific standards.

· Support project teams with quantity take-offs, visualization, model-based coordination, and digital design workflows.

· Participate in internal and external coordination meetings and contribute to continuous improvement of BIM processes and best practices.


What You'll Bring to WSP

· Diploma or Degree in Engineering Design, Drafting Technology, Civil Engineering Technology, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or a related field.

· Minimum 5 years of experience in BIM modeling and design production using Autodesk Revit.

· Strong proficiency in Revit, including family creation, model management, documentation, and multidisciplinary coordination.

· Experience delivering BIM models and drawings for water and wastewater treatment facilities and municipal infrastructure projects.

· Knowledge of process mechanical systems, equipment layouts, piping systems, and plant design workflows.

· Experience with:

o Water Treatment Plants (WTP)

o Wastewater Treatment Plants (WWTP/STP)

o Pump Stations and Lift Stations

o Process Piping Systems

o Utility and Service Infrastructure

o Underground Structures and Chambers

· Proficiency with Navisworks Manage for clash detection and model coordination.

· Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Autodesk ReCap, and BIM collaboration platforms.

· Familiarity with ACC/BIM 360, ProjectWise, and common BIM delivery workflows.

· Understanding of Canadian municipal infrastructure design practices and construction documentation requirements is considered an asset.

· Experience working in multidisciplinary design environments supporting engineers, project managers, and BIM leads.

· Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with teams located in different regions and time zones.
