Junior Software Developer at BairesDev

We are seeking a highly experienced Staff Salesforce Engineer to lead the design, development, and integration of Salesforce solutions for enterprise applications. You will architect custom CRM solutions, build Lightning components, and implement integrations that ensure scalability and reliability across the organization. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with leadership skills to mentor teams and drive best practices across Salesforce projects.

What You'll Do:

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning components, and declarative tools.
- Architect custom CRM solutions and integrations for enterprise applications.
- Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability of Salesforce applications and integrations.
- Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and other engineers to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.
- Establish best practices and standards for Salesforce development, testing, and deployment.
- Mentor and guide Salesforce engineers, fostering knowledge sharing and technical excellence.
- Evaluate and integrate third-party tools and technologies to enhance Salesforce capabilities.
- Drive continuous improvement in processes, automation, and user experience.
What we are looking for:

- 7+ years of experience with Salesforce development, Apex, Lightning components, and CRM customizations.
- Strong background in software architecture design.
- Strong understanding of system security.
- In-depth knowledge of memory management and performance optimization.
- Experience in designing and integrating distributed and scalable solutions, particularly in cloud environments.
- Skilled in relational and non-relational databases.
- Ability to choose between different architectures/technologies, understanding the pros and cons of each.
- Expert in managing CI/CD pipelines.
- Advanced level of English.
