The Partner Success Executive manages the relationship with our Senior Advisors - senior referral partners who have a commitment to generate leads through introductions. Your role is to make sure they achieve their lead goals through time management and execution of our process, all done through relationship building.

What You'll Do:

- Onboard new Senior Advisors by setting clear expectations around introductions, engagement cadence, and performance metrics.
- Provide ongoing support to Senior Advisors by acting as the primary point of contact, maintaining a structured 1:1 cadence to track pipeline and engagement, guiding advisors on targeting strategy and ideal prospect profiles, enabling high-quality introductions, and monitoring advisor performance metrics.
- Manage introductions and lead generation by qualifying introductions before engaging prospects, engaging introduced prospects in a timely and professional manner, managing follow-up cadence until conversion or disqualification, handing off qualified leads to Sales Operations with proper documentation, providing feedback to advisors on intro quality and outcomes, and optimizing advisor targeting based on conversion data.
- Drive engagement by maintaining advisor motivation and retention, facilitating participation in advisory tasks, events, and networking initiatives, collecting structured feedback to improve program design, and ensuring positive advisor experience and long-term loyalty to the program.
- Drive continuous improvement by proposing process improvements where applicable.
What we are looking for:

- 4+ years of relevant experience in Account Management or Business Development roles in a similar environment to BairesDev.
- 1+ year of experience working with the US market in a sales, business development, or account manager role.
- High energy and motivation.
- Excellent people skills.
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Advanced level of English.
