Start your journey as a Project Manager Trainee, learning the fundamentals of project management, including planning, execution, and monitoring. This role is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project coordination and understanding the basics of leading teams and managing resources effectively under experienced mentors.

What you will do

- Assist in the planning and coordination of software development projects under the supervision of experienced project managers.
- Learn and apply fundamental project management methodologies, such as Agile.
- Help in tracking project progress, scheduling meetings, and maintaining project documentation.
- Support the team in identifying and resolving potential issues or bottlenecks in the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to gather project requirements and understand project objectives.
- Gain familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA.

What we are looking for

- Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies, especially Agile.
- Effective communication, team collaboration, and active listening skills.
- Proactive and eager to learn about software development processes and project management tools.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
- Basic knowledge of software development life cycles and team dynamics.
- Advanced level of English.
