We are looking for a Proofreading Specialist to join our team. The proofreading team is responsible for translating, formatting, and editing resumes according to the company's requirements. This professional will be responsible for gathering all available and necessary information in order to create a version of a candidate's resume that both follows internal formatting rules and provides sufficient detail about the experience and skills that specific clients are interested in.

What You'll Do:

- Gather and verify information from various sources (CVs, LinkedIn, candidates, etc.)
- CV translation (primarily from Spanish to English).
- Follow and apply internal formatting rules.
- Correct grammar, spelling, punctuation, and word usage errors.
- Confirm the accuracy of the information provided by the recruiting team.
- Provide detailed instructions on how to complete the resume according to the job posting and information obtained by the recruiting team.
- Follow up with candidates and other BairesDev departments to ensure that the formatting process is completed on time and correctly.
Here's what we're looking for:

- 6+ months of experience in related positions (translation, editing, technical writing, or proofreading).
- Attention to detail and the ability to quickly research and comprehend unfamiliar concepts or topics.
- Word and Excel proficiency is required.
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Written and spoken English proficiency or excellence.
