Recruiting Specialist at BairesDev

We are seeking a Staff Python Engineer with deep expertise in Python development, data processing, automation, scripting, machine learning, and distributed systems. The technology stack includes popular Python technologies and frameworks for data processing, automation, and distributed computing. The ideal candidate will lead the design and optimization of high-performance Python systems, drive architectural decisions, and collaborate with engineering teams while delivering cutting-edge solutions for complex data processing and automation challenges.

What You'll Do:

- Design and optimize Python-based systems for large-scale data processing applications.
- Architect advanced automation frameworks and scripting solutions for complex workflows.
- Lead machine learning implementation initiatives using Python technologies.
- Drive distributed systems development for scalable data processing and analytics.
- Implement performance optimization techniques for high-throughput Python applications.
- Collaborate with engineering teams on technical solutions and system integration.
What we are looking for:

- 7+ years of experience in software development with strong Python expertise.
- Proven experience in large-scale data processing and analytics systems.
- Strong expertise in automation frameworks and advanced scripting techniques.
- Deep understanding of machine learning frameworks and implementation.
- Proficiency in distributed systems architecture and Python-based solutions.
- Experience with performance optimization for Python applications and systems.
- Advanced level of English.
