Begin your agile journey as a Scrum Master Trainee, where you'll learn the fundamentals of Scrum methodology and agile practices. In this role, you'll observe and assist experienced Scrum Masters, gaining insights into facilitating agile teams and understanding the dynamics of effective project management.

What you will do:

- Learn the fundamentals of Scrum methodology and Agile principles under the guidance of experienced Scrum Masters.
- Assist in organizing and facilitating Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Help the team maintain Scrum artifacts like the product backlog, sprint backlog, and burndown charts.
- Support the Scrum team in identifying and removing impediments to progress.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure clear communication and understanding of project goals and timelines.
- Gain experience in coaching team members on Agile practices and fostering a collaborative team environment.

- Basic knowledge of Scrum Master.

- Proactive and willing to learn.
- Good critical thinker and problem-solver.
- Able to make connections across complex ideas.
- Good level of English.
