    Como Operador NOC, serás responsable de la gestión y monitoreo de una red o sistemas desde cualquier ubicación centralizada. Un equipo técnico NOC está compuesto por ingenieros de TI calificados y operadores NOC. Ellos monitorean el entorno de TI y aseguran que el tiempo de actividad y la conectividad de los sistemas de TI no se interrumpan las 24 horas del día, los 7 días de la semana.

    Lo que harás
    El Ingeniero NOC es responsable de la estricta supervisión de múltiples redes y sistemas.
    Debe mantener el tiempo de actividad de todos los sistemas de TI.
    Estos Ingenieros NOC monitorean constantemente errores de red y de pago, problemas, alarmas y todos los inconvenientes relacionados con la plataforma de pagos.
    Sus decisiones deben tomarse rápidamente, lo que requiere que el ingeniero NOC esté bien informado para mantener la eficiencia organizacional y una red óptima:

    Accountabilities

    Reporting to the Support Manager of Service Management Technology, the candidate will be responsible for development, maintenance, and support of the enterprise ServiceNow application in a fast-paced environment. The primary focus of this role will be on the ServiceNow application, as part of a small, empowered team focused on all modules of the Servicenow platform.

    The with the team's scope, the primary focus (80%) of the role will be to troubleshoot complex issues and provide fixes / solutions for deployment. While the secondary focus (up to 20%) is the day to day operations, new project initiative involvement, and stability of the existing deployed modules.

    What You Will Do:

    - Develop (analyze requirements, document and test), MS-SQL server stored procedures and Web based applications using ASP and ASP.NET.
    - Create and maintain complex reports using MS-SQL server Devices and or modifies procedures to solve the most complex technical problems related to computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time and form of desired results.
    - Creates detailed specifications from which programs will be written.
    - Maintain user accounts and security in applications and ensure security of departmental data with a thorough working knowledge standard methodologies.
    Here's what we're looking for:

    - 6+ years of experience in .Net.
    - Ability to work with relational and non-relational bases.
    - Strong experience in design and software architecture.
    - Strong understanding of system security.
    - Experience and a good understanding of memory management and performance.
