Como Operador NOC, serás responsable de la gestión y monitoreo de una red o sistemas desde cualquier ubicación centralizada. Un equipo técnico NOC está compuesto por ingenieros de TI calificados y operadores NOC. Ellos monitorean el entorno de TI y aseguran que el tiempo de actividad y la conectividad de los sistemas de TI no se interrumpan las 24 horas del día, los 7 días de la semana.
Lo que harás
El Ingeniero NOC es responsable de la estricta supervisión de múltiples redes y sistemas.
Debe mantener el tiempo de actividad de todos los sistemas de TI.
Estos Ingenieros NOC monitorean constantemente errores de red y de pago, problemas, alarmas y todos los inconvenientes relacionados con la plataforma de pagos.
Sus decisiones deben tomarse rápidamente, lo que requiere que el ingeniero NOC esté bien informado para mantener la eficiencia organizacional y una red óptima:
