    Propósito del cargo

    Asegurar la disponibilidad, continuidad y evolución de los servicios de red (LAN/WAN/MAN), garantizando su operación estable, segura y alineada con las necesidades del negocio.     Responsabilidades
    Soporte y operación (Nivel 2): atención en horario laboral y fuera de horario (on-call), resolución de incidentes y problemas en entornos ITIL.
    Gestión de capacidad y continuidad: monitoreo, seguimiento de SLAs y cumplimiento de la demanda del negocio.
    Gestión de configuración y cambios: mantenimiento de infra de red (pruebas de failover, actualizaciones de software/firmware), documentación y control de configuraciones.
    Obsolescencia: identificación y plan de renovación de componentes de red.

    Formación:
    Profesional en Ingeniería Electrónica o Ingeniería de Sistemas o Ingeniería de Telecomunicaciones o carreras afines. Con tarjeta profesional vigente.

    Conocimientos:
    Infraestructura Cloud con alguna certificación de las siguientes:
    · Certificación vigente en ITIL EXPERT CDPSE (Certified Data Privacy Solutions Engineer)
    · AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional
    · AWS Certified DevOps Engineer Professional
    · Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect Expert
    · Microsoft Certified DevOps Engineer Expert
    · Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator Associate
    · Oracle Cloud Data Management 2025 Certified Foundations Associate ó Oracle Data Platform 2025 Certified Foundations Associate
    · Oracle Cloud Infrastructure 2025 Certified Foundations Associate
    · Certificación vigente en FinOps ó DevOps

    Experiencia:
    Mínimo 12 años de los cuales 8 años como administrador de tecnologías y soluciones en la nube pública.

    - Write detailed technical documentation.

    - Ability to work with relational and non-relational bases.
    - Strong experience in design and software architecture.
    - Strong understanding of system security.
    - Experience and a good understanding of memory management and performance.
    - Experience with Distributed and Scalable solutions.
    - Experience working with the Cloud.
    - Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
    - Expert in system designing.
    - Expert IT infrastructure knowledge.
    - Expert in developing/integrating with large scalable applications.
    - Expert in coding reviews and managing CI/CD pipelines.
