Global security monitoring analyst - bilingual/trilingual

The Global Security Monitoring Analyst shall identify, collect, and analyze host and user data, and report and track events or incidents that occur or might occur within a network to mitigate immediate and potential network and host threats.

Responsabilities:

• Review security focused events or alerts within the Teleperformance environment
• Receive and analyze Data Loss Prevention alerts from various sources within the enterprise and determine possible causes of such alerts, and track and incidents from initial detection through final resolution
• Identify the necessary resources that need to be engaged for any Security related event or incident
• Review and understand log files from multiple sources in order to get an accurate view of the status of an incident.
• Be actively engaged in keeping up to date on the current Security Threat landscape in order to stay up to date on new trends across the security landscape.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree, preferably in the fields of Computer Science/Cyber Security/Computer
• 1-2 years of experience with technical support and different levels and escalation.
• English level B2+
• Portuguese level B2 (desired)
• Experience analyzing log files from various sources.
• Operating System (Microsoft, Linux and Mac)
• Basic understanding with Cloud technologies and their security implications
• Basic understanding with security tools
