Job Specific Summary
As the Senior Business Advanced Analytics Analyst, you will be an integral part of the Global Service and Repair - Insights team, focusing on developing, implementing, and managing data and analytics deliverables. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the team and stakeholders to create comprehensive, analytics-driven products in support of Service Delivery activities. Your responsibilities will include developing a strong understanding of how service and repair operations function end-to-end and become a trusted analytics partner to operational leaders.

Responsibilities may include:

Partner with stakeholders to design data-driven solutions that optimize service depot, field service, and contact center operations

Build, enhance, and maintain data products that support Service & Repair operations

Develop a strong understanding of end-to-end Service & Repair workflows, metrics, and operational drivers

Collaborate with business analysts, developers and product owners to ensure timely delivery aligned to project commitments

Translate operational needs into clear requirements

Identify opportunities to simplify reporting, reduce ad-hoc requests, and apply automation to manual reporting tasks

Fulfill ad hoc data requests as needed

  Participate in stakeholder meetings and strategic discussions



Required knowledge:

Bachelor’s degree

Fluent English (minimum B2 level)

4+ years of experience in data analytics, business analytics, or related roles

Advanced Tableau experience, including hands-on dashboard development, complex calculations, parameters, and data storytelling

Proven experience acting as a business partner, working closely with non-technical stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable insights

Strong ability to communicate insights clearly and influence decision-making



Nice to have:

Experience with SQL and exposure to data warehouse technologies (e.g., Snowflake or similar)

Experience working in a manufacturing or service delivery environment

Exposure to Azure DevOps, Jira, and/or Agile ways of working

Experience working in complex, highly matrixed organizations

Ability to anticipate stakeholder needs and proactively suggest improvements to existing processes

Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
