  • We are seeking a detail-oriented Bilingual Payroll Specialist to manage and process accurate and timely payroll for our organization. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of payroll regulations, and the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    - Process weekly and/or bi-weekly payroll for employees in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
    - Generate, prepare, calculate, and analyze payroll payment processes.
    - Ensure compliance with current labor laws, tax regulations, and internal company policies to guarantee the timely payment of salaries, aiming for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
    - Create and submit reports and presentations to various government entities, adhering to established deadlines.
    - Review and validate timesheets, attendance records, and payroll data.
    - Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
    - Maintain and update employee payroll information in HRIS/payroll systems.

    REQUIREMENTS

    - Bachelor’s or Technical degree in Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
    - Bilingual English–Spanish (advanced proficiency required).
    - Minimum 2 years of payroll processing experience.
    - Advanced Excel proficiency.
    - Knowledge of payroll laws, taxes, and compliance standards.
    - Experience with HRIS or payroll software (e.g., ADP, Kronos, SAP, or similar).

    Responsibilities
    Manage server hosting environments through Laravel Forge for applications deployed on Linode.
    Configure, monitor and maintain servers, deployments, and web hosting infrastructure.
    Support code deployment processes and assist in optimizing application performance.
    Provide troubleshooting for hosting related issues and coordinate fixes as needed.
    Ensure accuracy, integrity and stability of server environments.
    Analyze deployment workflows and contribute to improvements and automation.
    Ensure that hosting configurations operate as required based on technical specifications.
    Collaborate with developers and technical teams to align on deployment and hosting needs.
    Participate in the design and optimization of hosting infrastructure.
    Follow best practices for configuration management and deployment standards.
    Ensure adherence to security and data privacy guidelines in hosting environments.
