As a Treasury Specialist You Will Be Responsible For

- Communicate with stakeholders to understand their requirements.
- Develop and analyze functional specifications.
- Design efficient IT systems to meet business and technology needs.
- Integrate multiple systems and reconcile the needs of different teams.
- Gather feedback from end users about system performance.
- Plan and oversee projects (e.g. upgrades, hardware/software installations)
- Provide advice and technical training.
- Keep abreast of technology trends and developments.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering or a related field
- Experience as an IT Analyst, IT Consultant, or similar role is desirable.
- Familiarity with IT service management frameworks like ITIL for efficient service delivery.
- Help desk experience, focusing in client facing roles.
- Knowledge of backup and recovery procedures to ensure data integrity and availability.
- Knowledge of databases, system security and troubleshooting
- Basic system administration tasks, including user account management, system monitoring, and maintenance.
- Intermediate written and verbal communication abilities in English [B1-B2]
