    The Junior Treasury Analyst supports the SGS NAM Corporate Treasury team with daily cash administration and reporting activities. This role helps organize daily cash reports, escrow account, bank statements, and assists with daily corporate credit card program administration. The position also provides administrative support for insurance documentation including certificates of insurance (COIs), auto ID cards, and other insurance-related requests. The Junior Treasury Analyst reports to the Treasury Supervisor and works closely with Treasury staff and internal business partners to ensure timely, accurate, and well-documented treasury and insurance support processes.

    Key Responsibilities

    Assist with preparation, organization, and distribution of daily cash reports, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery.
    Support daily cash positioning activities by gathering bank balances and transaction details from online treasury platforms and internal sources.
    Maintain and organize escrow account documentation and activity reports; track deposits, disbursements, and supporting backup as directed.
    Collect and organize bank statements; assist with statement tracking, storage, and retrieval for audit and operational needs.
    Assist with daily corporate credit card administration, including new card requests, user maintenance, limit changes, cancellations, and general cardholder support.
    Help reconcile monthly activity, delinquencies and coordinate follow-up with cardholders and the businesses.

    Perfil requerido

    • Profesional en Negocios Internacionales, Comercio Exterior, Administración, Ingeniería Industrial o carreras afines.
    • Manejo de inglés.

    Job Description

    We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our customers, resolving issues related to IoT devices and web applications. Your primary goal will be to build product expertise, deliver outstanding customer experiences, and collaborate effectively to drive resolutions.
    Your main tasks:
    • Communicate complex information in a simplified and clear manner.
    • Be able to demonstrate curiosity and a proactive problem-solving mindset to implement sustainable solutions.
    • Understand and empathize with customers when interacting with a wide range of different personality types.
    • Collaborate with product, program, marketing and engineering teams.
    • Act as costumer voice and define and implement innovative solutions.
    • Provide outstanding customer support using tools such as Zendesk, Jira, Confluence Salesforce.


    Qualifications

    • Advanced English level. Both verbal and written (B2 or higher)

    Buscamos un(a) Project Support Coordinator con fuerte enfoque analítico y visión de negocio, que apoye la planeación de demanda, gestión de inventarios y ejecución de estrategias comerciales en el segmento B2B.
    Serás clave para asegurar la alineación entre el equipo comercial y supply chain, impactando directamente en la rentabilidad y el crecimiento de las categorías.

    ¿Qué harás en tu día a día?
    - Construir y ajustar el forecast de demanda por categoría, alineando planeación comercial y abastecimiento.
    - Gestionar inventarios (sell-in / sell-out), asegurando rotación saludable y disponibilidad de producto.
    - Identificar riesgos como sobreinventario o aging (+60 días) y proponer acciones correctivas.
    - Analizar oportunidades comerciales y hacer seguimiento para maximizar el cierre (win rate).
    - Evaluar precios frente al mercado y la competencia.

    Lo que buscamos
    Formación:
    - Profesional en Ingeniería Industrial, Marketing o afines.

    Experiencia:
    +2 años en roles como:
    - Project Support / Coordinación de proyectos
    - Analista de planeación de demanda
    - Analista de supply chain o comercial
    - Experiencia en tecnología, consumo masivo o retail es un plus.
